Thank you for visiting my site. Like so many other artists, I believe that my passion for my craft found me, rather than me finding it. There's something about finding just the subject and interpreting light, form, color and lines into a creation that takes on a life of its own. I often find myself looking at everyday life wondering how I can portray it on a canvas. Perhaps this is why a lot of my subject matter reflects my experiences in life, places I've visited and people that I may have known. While many times I'll paint an image from what I envision in my mind, I also enjoy rendering geographic locations. I never lock myself into any one style, as it allows me to experiment and keep growing as an artist.
